Sign-ups open on August 1st. You can create your RaceReady account anytime before then to save time at registration.

RaceReady is our official scoring system. All racers must register through this platform in order to compete and be scored.

1. Go to the site and select “Log In” or “Create New Account.”

2. Choose your account type: Rider / Racer or Parent / Guardian.

3. Fill out your personal information (Name, Bike make, Bike #).

4. Search for the event “Cowboy Cross 2024” and register for your classes. Payment can be made online.

5. Bring your helmet to Check-In at Cowboy Cross to collect race stickers and sign waivers.

Yes, but you’ll still need to have your RaceReady profile set up ahead of time.

Yes. All racers need a RaceReady transponder ($10). Other brands will not work. Transponders are active for one year from purchase and can be reused if still valid.

Yes, but only for gate pick. Every rider will still compete in the night show. Missing qualifying means you’ll have last gate pick.

No, Friday practice is optional.

No, Saturday practice is included with your race registration.

Check-in is located in the Western Village. Look for the Registration / Tickets signs.

Yes, on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited water/power hookups are available, along with dry camping. Please see the camping attendant for payment.

Yes. All racers ages 6 and older must pay the standard $20 gate fee.

Yes. All spectators, including family members, must purchase a ticket.
